Of
all the sons of Weltmeyer,
Wolkenstein II is one of the best son so far. His famous sire,
in combination with a prepotent dam line, has produced a
stallion whose own performance record speaks for itself.
Faultless character, extraordinary willingness to perform,
tremendous presence and outstanding dressage and jumping
ability are abundant. The young Wolkenstein II is not
only a great performer, he also passes on his outstanding
talent for dressage and his tremendous presence to his
offspring: In 1997 six sons out of his first crop were
licensed in Verden, his son Welser became Reserve Champion. In
1998 his son Waterford became Champion Stallion at the
licensing in Verden. In 1999 Waterford was also the impressive
winner of the stallion performance test in Adelheidsdorf. In
the same year another son, Wildest Dream, won the
three-year-old riding horses (mares and geldings)
classification at the Federal Championships of German Riding
Horses in Warendorf. Wolkenstein II has produced 22 licensed
sons of the highest quality.
