Chequille Z was the impressive overall winner of the stallion testing in Neustadt/Dosse 2004, receiving 137.37 points. He was the reserve champion in the dressage and show jumping index. Prior to this he was also the champion in the 30 day test of the Brandenburg state horse association.

We are proud to introduce you to this super stallion of the Zangersheide breeding. His pedigree is pure Holstein . Chequille Z has a superb temperament, rideability, 3 outstanding gaits, full of power and suppleness. His jumping technique and ability can only be described as awesome. Chequille Z has already proven his versatility in the sport when he was 5th in the highly prestigious challenge cup at the show in Wiesbaden, 2nd (score of 9.2) at the qualifier for the world championships of the young dressage horse in Verden. Furthermore he was a winner and placed in several SJ classes A.L.

His sire Caretano Z was slowly climbing the world class ladder (winner of grand prix and nation cups with Joss Lansing ) unfortunately he died far too young. The quality stallions Lavall 2 and Latino representing one of the greatest, Ladykiller XX are represented in Chequille Z dam's pedigree. Furthermore one finds the exceptional Calypso 1 which was infamous for his quality of paces is found on the dam's side. The Holstein pedigree line 474A which Chequille Z is a representative of, produced as well the sires Calato, Chagallo, Cicero, Colombo, Highline, Gigolino, Great Pleasure, Ishan, Lox Graf Go, N-Aldato, Nimrod B, Quality Boy, Rex Nimmerdor, Sir Tom, and the international successful eventing horses Brilliant Geliebte ridden by Einken Johannsen.

His offspring are of great type with elastic movement and have the potential of being high quality sports horses in both the dressage discipline as well as the jumper ring. Chequille Z produced the reserve champion filly foal of the Hessen foal championships and the winning foal in Rohrboch. At the 1st Brookhouse Stud foal championships 3 fillies of Chequille Z were represented in the first 3 placings. The foals are already successful on the international stage - one offspring was 3rd at the Italian foal championships in Verona .
