Auf Körplätzen und Stutenschauen sind die Söhne und Töchter fast immer in den vordersten Reihen zu finden. Auch an Spitzenpreise für die Lanciano-Nachkommen auf Auktionen hat sich die Szene im Laufe der Jahre schon gewöhnt.

Für Lancianos Vererbungskraft steht die Dynastie seiner bedeutenden Söhne, der Lord Sinclairs. Der erste gekörte Sohn, Lord Sinclair I, HLP-Sieger nach 100-Tage-Test, wurde 1997 und 1998 Bundeschampion und etablierte sich in der schweren Dressurklasse. Lord Sinclair II, wie der Vater als Deckhengst auf St. Ludwig zu Hause, wurde Körsieger in München-Riem. Lord Sinclair III bekam bei der Körung in Redefin/Mecklenburg die I c-Prämie.

Auch im Springsport setzen die Lanciano-Nachkommen regelmäßig neue Akzente. Was niemanden wirklich verwundern kann. Der Hengst kann samt Nachzucht nämlich nicht nur herrlich tanzen, sondern verfügt auch über Spring-Gene vom Feinsten. Mit dem Landgraf I-Sohn Landino als Vater und dem Muttervater Pilot steht er für eine in dieser Form einmalige Blutkombination Holstein/Westfalen.
