Falco is by the famous, sadly deceased stallion Fürst Heinrich. Out of a lot of 12 premium colts the Oldenburg licensing committee (consisting of Uwe Heckmann, Wolfgang Schulze-Schleppinghof, Gerd Folkers and Georg Thole) chose the dark bay colt by Furst Heinrich out of Elite mare Viarelle (Volturno x Inschallah AA x Wildschütz) as the 2004 Oldenburg Licensing Champion.

Bred by Arend and Doris Boekhoff and presented by René Tebbel from Emsburen , Germany , this modern Furst Heinrich was the deserved champion of the licensing. The horse has a very solid conformation, elegant and modern but without being too refined. His gaits are outstanding, with a very good walk, and an excellent trot. Furthermore, this bay can jump, which is not much of a surprise having the Olympic eventing silver medallist Volturno as dam sire. "He's a very nice appearance," licensing committee member Uwe Heckmann told Eurodressage. "He has a very good topline and a good conformation. His movements are elastic and he swings through the body. His basic gaits are very impressive and he has the radiance of a champion. He also went well over the jumps and has a very interesting blood mixture." The licensing champion descends from a highly respected blood line. He's sired by Furst Heinrich (Florestan x Donnerhall), the 2002 Oldenburg Hauptpremium Stallion and 2003 World Young Horse Dressage Champion and out of elite mare Viarelle. The dam is a full sister to Vive la France , the double European Junior Riders Champion.

Fürst Heinrich:

There will not be any more Fürst Heinrich offpring, so take a close look at this one here. He was already successfully shown and is at PSG right now. He is a gentleman with great willingness to perform and please as well as he is training piaffe and passage. His flying changes are superior in both directions and he does them reliable and on a straight line. He is easy to collect, ultra chic in his trot extensions and his gaits are lofty with a lot of airtime and suspension. Truly a sensational horse if you want to draw the attention of the crowds and be remembered by the judges. He has the potential to go all the way up the levels and if all works out, you could be the lucky person to show him at GP or have your trainer show him there in the next years to come. He will only get better with more training, muscles and time. Like a good wine, he will ripe and get more valuable. All the ingredients are there, now it will depend on the future training how fast all goals can get accomplished. He is well trained for his age and that with a solid training and great character and mind. His temperament makes him suitable for the amateur or professional alike.

Falco is a star in the barn and a true gem to handle. He stands for the farrier, loads, travels and loves his grooming time and thrives for attention. He trail rides very well. He loves to go in your pockets and to search for treats.
